Evan is THE BEST dog trainer in town! I trust him with my dog (Pepi) with my eyes closed. After doing a starter pack of training sessions with my (very stubborn and sassy) dachshund, Pepi was completely transformed into an obedient companion that I can take to any social setting (even travels) and he’ll behave perfectly. If you’re thinking of training you’re dog with Evan, don’t think twice! It’s the best investment you can make!
We are so grateful to Evan and Brooklyn Dogs for the brilliant help and training they gave to our dog Boo and his issues with reactivity to other dogs. We saw really quick results and now enjoy stress free walks which at one point felt like would never happen. I found Rob and Evan after our dog daycare closed down, and I’m so thankful I did.
They’ve been a tremendous help walking my dog, Manila, a few times each week while I’m at work. They’re punctual, professional, and genuinely kind and caring. When they first met Manila, he was a big ball of energy and pretty much all over the place. Within just a few weeks of walking with them, they’ve helped train him to be so much better behaved on his walks.
They really put my mind at ease — they’re incredibly communicative, always send updates and pictures after each walk, and even share helpful tips based on what they’re noticing with him. They’re also extremely flexible with scheduling. When I have to go into work last minute or my schedule changes, they’re often willing to accommodate, which I really appreciate.

Evan is incredible. I came to him specifically for my pitbull’s leash reactivity and poor recall, and he delivered. What I didn’t expect was how much he’d transform my entire relationship with my dog in the process. He helped make me a better owner, not just a better handler. Patient, effective, and always works within your comfort level. Highly recommend.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience! We originally reached out because our dog had a terrible habit of trying to eat EVERYTHING off the street during his walks. Within just a few training sessions, we saw a huge improvement. The training has been practical, easy to follow, and has made walks so much less stressful.
We also absolutely love Evan and Rob for our dog’s regular walks. They’re reliable, professional, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Our dog is always excited to see them, and we know he’s in great hands every time.

I can’t recommend Brooklyn Dog enough!!! Evan & Rob are amazing at what they do. They have been working with my sweet girl Brooklyn since she was 10 weeks. Working on training, taking her on long walks, watching her during the day at there puppy care and even having sleepovers!! Anytime she is at puppy care or boarding they always keep me updated on how she’s doing with texts and photos! Brooklyn loves them both and I can see why, they are such caring, passionate and genuine individuals that truly care about your fur babies 🐶❤️ 1000000/10 I recommend them to everyone I know !!
